To obtain the best ingredients, João Rodrigues and his team have a close and trusting relationship with their producers and suppliers.

It is necessary to research the product, learn its history, understand its potential, test it and take it to a different dimension through a complex process, that is both rigorous and delicate. Feitoria believes that the spirit moves the matter.

The result is a restaurant with signature cuisine that focus mainly in Portuguese products, capturing the essence of the flavour and the authenticity of the ingredients.
