To obtain the best ingredients, Joao Rodrigues and his team have a close and trusting relationship with their producers and suppliers.

It is necessary to research the product, learn its history, understand its potential, test it and take it to a different dimension through a complex process, that is both rigorous and delicate. Feitoria believes that the spirit moves the matter.

The resultant dishes are disarmingly simple, but the cuisine is powerful, capturing the essence of the flavour and the authenticity of the ingredients.
